Today Mariah and Joel came over for the day while their Mom

enjoyed a day out with their older siblings.

Chayse needed a haircut and stayed the afternoon as well.

Tuesday - August 27

Yesterday we celebrated our anniversary by going out with our kids!  We went downtown and enjoyed a walk on the new pier and had supper at The Works!  We could enjoy a beautiful summer evening out with our two blessings!

17 Years!!

Today is our anniversary.

Thankful for the years we have been given and hope and pray for many more

Saturday - August 17

This morning we had a garage sale!

Kate has been asking to have one and we finally had enough

"junk" to try and sell.

We got rid of a lot of stuff... it is amazing what people will buy:)

Thursday - August 15

Don't mind the quality of this picture, along with Pete's finger in the

corner!  Continuing on with Jasper being silly he was entertaining us tonight 

while eating his watermelon.

Pete had to get reading glasses a few weeks back and Jasper

wanted to try them on,  What a goof!

While Jasper was supposed to be napping this afternoon he was busy helping us start the renovations a little early :)

Saturday - August 10

Kate has informed us that she would like a dog.

To prove herself she asked if she could "dog sit."

Aunt Deb and family happily agreed and today she watched Georgia.

Those who know me realize this was a big step for me... ha ha!!

Kate took great care of her and Georgia was a pleasure to have.

Friday - August 9

While Lake Erie is alright as far as beaches go, on the other side of the park is Rondeau Bay.

Perfect for fishing, kayaking, jet skiing and tubing!!  What a blast!

We had a little section of sand on our site that kept the kids occupied for hours... especially Jasper.

This past week we went camping at Rondeau Provincial Park with my family.

5 days of swimming, fishing, biking and campfires!
